Scope: Multiple small and mid-size booths with presentation and meeting spaces

The Challenge:
Visit Charlotte needed a flexible exhibit strategy to showcase its capacity for hosting large-scale events—highlighting its international airport, walkable downtown, and celebrated craft beer scene—while maintaining consistent, upscale branding across a range of booth sizes and show formats.

Our Solution:
We created a custom design adaptable to both small and mid-size footprints. Each booth featured refined finishes, branded meeting areas, and signature 3D logo cutouts that reflect the client’s preferred style. For IMEX America, we integrated a private presentation room to support scheduled group sessions, while at other shows, we included lounge seating and casual meeting zones tailored to each venue.

A high-impact, visually cohesive presence that reinforces Charlotte’s identity as a dynamic, event-ready city—executed seamlessly across diverse trade show environments.
