Scope: Two 20x20 islands + twelve 10x10 partner booths
The Challenge:
Chicago needed a cohesive pavilion that included separate 20x20 booths for both Choose Chicago and Illinois Office of Tourism, plus twelve 10x10 partner spaces. Each partner had different budgets and required individual billing and support, while maintaining a unified, branded look.
Our Solution:
We created a shared design system and offered participation at two tiers — standard and premium. We managed custom signup forms, individual invoicing, and exhibitor services for all partners, while ensuring every booth aligned with the pavilion's visual identity.
The Result:
A polished, well-coordinated pavilion with tailored support that balanced partner flexibility with brand consistency — all managed under one roof.
