Scope: 3,600 sq ft pavilion with main booth and 11 partner spaces
The Challenge:
Experience Kissimmee needed a visually impactful pavilion that brought Florida’s natural energy to the show floor—while accommodating 11 partners, live palm trees, and a seamless AV experience. A key technical challenge was synchronizing content across 16 total screens, allowing Kissimmee-branded segments to play simultaneously while preserving each partner’s individual content.
Our Solution:
We designed a spacious 3,600 sq ft pavilion with a large central booth and 11 identical partner spaces for a cohesive visual layout. We managed permitting and logistics for live palm tree rentals to infuse a natural, tropical atmosphere. On the technical side, our team programmed the AV system so that all 16 screens—spread across the main and partner booths—would seamlessly sync during Kissimmee-branded segments, while allowing partners to showcase their own video content the rest of the time.
The Result:
A polished, immersive space that delivered a unified brand presence while giving each partner visibility and flexibility—brought to life with natural elements, premium finishes, and smart tech integration.
