Case Study:
Relayr
Event: NAEC
Scope: 400 sq ft island booth with meeting room, demo stations, and interactive lighting feature
The Challenge:
Relayr, a Germany-based IoT company, needed a tech-forward booth to demonstrate its smart elevator technologies to a U.S. audience. As first-time exhibitors in the U.S., they faced added challenges around cost expectations, show service logistics, and unfamiliar regulations like drayage and labor rules.
Our Solution:
We delivered a sleek 400 sq ft island booth anchored by a custom LED archway designed to simulate movement and data flow—an eye-catching metaphor for IoT in motion. The lighting system was choreographed with color chase sequences and dynamic transitions to attract attention and reinforce Relayr’s high-tech identity. We also built out dedicated demo stations and a private meeting room. With deep international experience, we guided their team through the U.S. exhibiting process, helping avoid common pitfalls and reduce surprises.
The Result:
A bold, interactive booth that showcased Relayr’s innovation and captured attention—while providing peace of mind for a global exhibitor navigating the complexities of a U.S. trade show.
