New clients can receive up to $2,500 off their first custom booth with B-FOR Creative for a project with a show opening date between 1/1/2024 – 12/31/2024. Existing clients who refer new clients to B-FOR Creative can receive $500 off an upcoming project when they refer a new client who builds a booth with us in 2024. Eligibility tiers are based on the total exhibit final build price including fabrication, shipping, and installation. Discounts will be based on the following invoice price tiers: - Up to $14,999 invoice price: $750 discount - $15,000-$29,999: $1,000 - $30,000-$49,999: $1,500 - $50,000 or more: $2,500 discount The expected discount will be included in the proposed price to the client. Changes to the scope of work resulting in a higher or lower final build price my result in a change to the final discount tier. Show services such as drayage, electrical, cleaning, and internet that may be purchased on the client’s behalf are excluded from the calculation of eligibility tiers. Discount eligibility for proposals presented in currencies other than US dollars will be calculated using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of invoicing as determined by B-FOR.

The following are considered new clients for the purpose of this promotion: Organizations who have never used B-FOR Creative’s custom booth services Organizations who have not used B-FOR Creative’s custom booth services in the past 24 months (since 11/1/2021) Other divisions or departments of current clients who have not used B-FOR Creative’s custom booth services in the past 24 months (since 11/1/2021)

The discount is valid on new custom exhibit builds that are 100 square feet or larger (or 9 square meters or larger). Not valid for USA/Canada Pavilion Turnkey Booths but can be used on full custom booths within pavilions. Not valid for tabletop displays, pop-up exhibits, or other off the shelf portable displays. Not valid on show services such as drayage, electricity, cleaning, etc.

For new clients, the discount will be applied to the total project invoice for the initial project for the new client. For existing clients, we will apply the $500 credit to the next project invoice following the new client’s completed project. If you would prefer to apply the credit to a different project, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. This promotion starts 11/1/2023 and runs through 12/31/2024. New clients must use the discount on a project during the 2024 calendar year. Existing clients must use their discount before 6/30/2025.
